Providers
Providers & licensing
Clinical availability is limited and location-dependent. Educational resources and care navigation are available today; a clinical visit happens only after our team confirms a licensed clinician is available in your jurisdiction.
Provider network in development
We are not publishing clinician profiles yet. There are no provider listings on this page because we will not show a name, photo, or credential we have not verified — and we will never use stock-photo identities or placeholder profiles to look larger than we are.
What we verify before anyone sees a patient
Identity and credentials
Degree, training, and professional credentials are verified from primary sources before a clinician can see a patient through HHC.
Active, unrestricted licensure
We confirm an active license in the jurisdiction where the patient is located at the time of the visit, and we re-check it on renewal.
Scope and language
We record each clinician's specialty, scope of practice, and the languages they can consult in — Amharic, Tigrinya, English, or a combination.
Disclosure to you
Before a confirmed clinical visit you are told your clinician's name, credentials, specialty, and the jurisdiction their license covers.
How jurisdiction confirmation works
- You tell us your country and state, province, or region when you request availability.
- Our team checks whether a clinician licensed for that location is available. We do not automate this decision.
- If a clinician is available, you receive their name, credentials, specialty, licensed jurisdiction, the price, and a consent form — before the visit is confirmed.
- If no licensed clinician is available, we tell you plainly and point you to other resources.
Ask whether care is available where you live
Submitting a request does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment.
