Pricing & payment

Clinical availability is limited and location-dependent. Educational resources and care navigation are available today; a clinical visit happens only after our team confirms a licensed clinician is available in your jurisdiction.

Requesting availability is free

Submitting a request creates no payment obligation. Nothing is charged, and no payment is due, until you have been shown a specific amount for a specific visit and you have confirmed it.

What we disclose before you confirm

  • The price of the visit, in the currency you will be charged.
  • The payment method and instructions for that visit.
  • Whether the visit is self-pay, and whether any insurance applies.
  • The cancellation, reschedule, and refund terms that apply to that visit.
  • Anything not included, such as labs, imaging, or medications billed by a third party.

Insurance

We do not claim participation with any insurance plan or network. If insurance ever applies to a visit, that will be stated in writing before you confirm. Until then, treat visits as self-pay.

Payment instructions

Payment details, including Zelle instructions where applicable, appear inside the booking flow after your request is reviewed — never on a public page and never before an amount is shown to you. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
