Draft — general information. General information, provided as a working draft. Final clinical policies and notices will be provided before services launch or before a confirmed visit, as applicable.

Privacy

Habesha Health Connect respects your privacy. We collect information you voluntarily provide through appointment requests, contact forms, and account registration, together with limited technical information (such as IP address and device type) needed to operate the site securely. We use this information to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to meet legal and safety obligations.

Privacy and security are part of how we are building Habesha Health Connect. Clinical information submitted through third-party clinical systems is governed by those systems’ privacy and security practices. We do not claim HIPAA compliance, certification, or specific security controls at this stage. Please do not send sensitive medical information through public contact forms or AI chat. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your information with family members, employers, or community members without your written authorization, except as required by law (for example, mandated reporting or court orders). Final privacy and clinical notices will be provided before a confirmed visit.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable record-retention laws. To make a request, email habeshahealthconnect@gmail.com. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law.
