Mentorship for high schoolers

We believe the next generation of Habesha healthcare leaders starts now. Our mentorship program connects high school students with Ethiopian-American physicians and health professionals for guidance on careers in medicine, research, and public health. Students gain shadowing opportunities, college prep advice, and a supportive community that understands their journey.
