Conversations with Selam may be logged to improve safety and quality. Do not share sensitive personal health information through the chat that you would not want stored. Limits of the AI assistant

Selam can answer general questions and help you find educational resources. It cannot diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret your test results, or confirm whether care is available in your location.

Do not enter emergencies or detailed personal health information into the chat. A staff member reviews requests that need a human answer.
